The Cornell Venture Capital Club connects Cornell students and entrepreneurs with the dynamic world of venture capital. We provide Cornell undergraduates with the valuable and unique opportunity to work directly with leading venture capital firms; we host prominent entrepreneurs and venture capitalists as guest lecturers on Cornell's campus; we also provide resources for budding student entrepreneurs. Venture Capital Internship Program
- In January of 2009, the Cornell Venture Capital Club launched its flagship VC Internship Program. This program provides high-potential Cornell undergraduates with the unparalleled opportunity to learn about the venture capital industry by working directly with leading VC firms. We have since established partnerships with over a dozen leading VC firms and are continuing to expand the program. Some of the services we provide to our VC clients are as follows:
- 1. Perform market analysis, industry analysis, and competitive analysis on behalf of our VC partners
- 2. Assist our VC partners with due diligence, investment screening, and investment analysis
- 3. Provide strategic guidance, financial modeling support, and industry research assistance to our VC partners and their portfolio companies
