Zachary Shulman
Faculty Advisor
Zach Shulman is the J. Thomas Clark Senior Lecturer of Entrepreneurship at Cornell's Johnson School of Management, where he teaches courses on venture capital and law for high-growth businesses. Professor Shulman is also currently a managing partner at Cayuga Venture Fund. He currently serves as a Director of Primet Precision Materials, Advion BioSciences, e2e Materials, Instinctiv and CherryPharm.
Andrew Schoen
President Emeritus
Andrew is the President Emeritus and former VC Managing Director of the Cornell Venture Capital Club. He is a senior studying Economics in the College of Arts & Sciences and Science of Earth Systems in the College of Engineering. Upon graduation, he will be joining The Blackstone Group, where he will focus on mathematically and financially complex M&A transactions and structures. Previously, he worked as a summer analyst at The Blackstone Group, as a summer junior analyst at the Mercer Partners hedge fund, and as an intern-analyst at Commerce Capital Group, a boutique investment bank. He is also the founder of Adams Financial LLC, a private investment firm. His ultimate goal is to found a venture capital firm that specializes in funding environmentally sustainable ventures.

Joanna Zhang
Senior Advisor
Joanna is a former president of the Cornell Venture Capital Club. As president, she was responsible for overlooking the entire operation of CVC. She is a senior in the School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in real estate. She joined CVC at the beginning of her sophomore year as the HR officer. Joanna has experience working in North America and Asia in consulting and finance. In the long run, she is interested in opening her own business in the consumer goods industry

As the VC Networking Officer, Steven is focused on expanding the Cornell Venture Capital Club through partnerships with Venture Capital Firms and organizations with similar interests. Steven is dual degree student triple majoring in Mathematics, Economics, and Urban and Regional Studies. In addition to serving on the CVC board, Steven is an active member of the Cornell Asian Business Society.
