• Integration with undergrads
  • Connecting with undergrad fellowships thru Roundtable
• Strengthen relationship with area churches
  • 1 potluck/yr invite local church leaders
• Prayer: integrate into other events
• GCF & CICF leaders will meet to nurture groups' interactions
• Academic Witness
  • Dan Wilmoth: develop appropriately-pitched gospel message for graduate students.
  • Bible studies include component of witness
• Integrating first-year students
  • Better effort in spring
• Service
  • Steve Kirby & Richard Yamada will assist Erin in researching uniquely-suited service opportunities
  • Continue with big projects we do on Saturdays for now

How do we want to change our culture?

• How is a grad Bible study distinct from a church Bible study?
  • Taking on challenging theological issues
  • How do I serve my colleagues/how does my work glorify God?
  • Not a matter of taking something "useful" out of every study so much as being open to how God would be working in our lives.
  • A place for learning about the tool and a place for using the tool; necessary to learn the tool.
• Aware of the climate and being accessible
