Witness and Service

Focus Points (click to expand)

Access

Being able to demonstrate and discuss what the Gospel means today. How do we make Christianity accessible to our peers?

Academic Witness

We feel we need more discussion about ?How do we witness to our peers??

Church/Service Networks

How do we interact with our local Christian community? We need to find a niche that GCF can fill really well, and make that information available to local Christian groups and churches. Thoughts included being available to mentor undergrads, tutor, etc.

Unique Service Opportunities

What can GCF do that is a service project that is uniquely Christian, can be passed down from year to year, and is unique to our gifts and talents as graduate students?

Routine

Service is easier if it is routine (yearly the same or similar activity). Routine helps in planning and commitment. We must realize as we find this routine that we are on a different calendar than most organizations.
