We,the Hindu Student Council come from various cultures and backgrounds to form a community which fosters Hindu culture, and religious awareness within the community in Ithaca.

We hold Bhajan sessions, every Saturday at 4pm in Anabel Taylor Hall. Following Bhajan sessions, we have Bhagavad Gita discussions where students learn about the fundamental concepts and ideas underlying this Holy Book and have discussions.

In addition, to celebrate the holidays of various Dieties/Gods, we hold special Pujas usually every month. And not forgetting our biggest event of the year, Holi, we try to make this religious holiday of colors more enjoyable every year. Please feel free to come and join us in the weekly/monthly sessions to learn about Hinduism and to share your knowledge and experience.
