MECA Mailing List The Muslim Educational & Cultural Association (MECA) at Cornell University maintains two mailing lists. The first is MECA-L, a list for general announcements to the Cornell and Ithaca Muslim community. The second is MECA-DISCUSS-L, a list for discussions related to Islam and Muslims. All members of the community are encouraged to subscribe to either list or to both. Since MECA-L is only for announcements, there are only a few messages sent each week--it won't clutter your mailbox. Typical topics of discussion on MECA-DISCUSS-L are Qur'an, Hadith, politics, current events, etc.
