SHRLOE (Strategic HR, Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness Group) is a joint association between the Johnson Graduate School of Management and the School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR). SHRLOE will host the 7th annual symposium, "Growing Global" on Friday, October 2, 2009 at Cornell University.
The SHRLOE Symposium provides an opportunity for business executives, leading academics, and interested students to explore the cutting edge issues in the world of human resources. The event this year will present a forum for conversation and debate regarding the current and long-term challenges and opportunities facing leaders as they expand and develop their global operations.
The symposium will begin with a keynote address and will be followed by 2 panel discussions. The event will last from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Breakfast and lunch will be served.
